Overview
The MIT SCM master's program is an MBA alternative, completed in either 10 months or 5 months + online certificate prior to coming to campus. Our 10-month on-campus cohort who secure jobs in the US after graduation obtain salary outcomes comparable to top MBA program graduates – after less than half the time out of the workforce, and at half or more the tuition expense.
In addition, graduates join an esteemed group of 1,000+ alumni. Our customized career development support services help prepare our students for career success, and our intensive recruiting program assists students in securing high paying positions with top companies around the world.
Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, & Well-Being
The MIT SCM program is part of the MIT School of Engineering. The School has made a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and aims to enable and foster a deeply inclusive, respectful and caring community, where each community member feels enabled and supported to thrive and contribute fully. There are many resources established within the school, such a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, a Faculty Gender Equity Committee, and a Staff Advice and Implementation Committee.
The MIT SCM program strives to align with these efforts, including providing an intentional and supportive environment, which enables BIPOC &/or 1st Generation Graduate Students to not only forge a path to admissions, but also thrive while an MIT SCM student.
