Leadership Brainery’s Student Relief Fund helps reduce the financial barriers that can interrupt graduate school preparation, enrollment, and persistence. Through direct grant support, we invest in students navigating the transition into and through advanced education.
Grant Opportunities

For Ambassador Alumni
Ambassador Alumni Transitional Grant
Leadership Brainery provides up to $10,000 in transitional grant funding to support Ambassadors as they prepare for and succeed in graduate school.
Approved Uses
- Tuition and academic fees
- Food and housing support
- Transportation
- Technology and school supplies
- Books and course materials
- Interview preparation
- Licensing exams and certificate programs
- Emergency support
- Entrepreneurial projects (requires a brief proposal and explanation of impact)
Monthly Scholarship
HBCU Graduate School Scholarship
Each month, Leadership Brainery awards two $1,000 scholarships to support HBCU students and alumni pursuing graduate education in the United States.
Eligibility
Applicants must either:
- Be an HBCU graduate currently enrolled in a U.S.-based graduate or professional program, OR
- Be currently attending an HBCU for graduate or professional school
